OMG that looks good ! thats a lot ! tell me more about the stock please . How do you keep it ? I see celery onions and carrots . Is that it ? How do you know how much to use ? water? do you salt it ?

JUST use enough water to cover and then simmer for a good while. I just use what ever I have when I buy lots of veggies as they come home and are all cleaned (not onions) and then put in water and in the fridge for handy snacking and faster use when cooking.
