Call them and ask. Prob need a scrip from a doc. It won’t do any good if they won’t unblock his leg.

I would worry too. Its not good and almost a month to go. As far as barring Im pretty sure barring and in a roo is dominate so more like they ALL will have barring. Not sure though. Jane would be able to answer you too .
