Granny's gone and done it again

frog legs ?
It has been considered.

I don't want to let it go... might end up putting it somewhere that has not yet been invaded. People keep them as pets, but the wild ones don't do so well in captivity. And do I really want to keep a frog? Not really.
Oh, and they can BITE too! :hmm

Way behind and since it is shopping day and I have to put DD1's snow tires back on I won't be catching up any time soon.

Bruce have you seen this med. Ubrelvy Not sure of thats spelled right. First migraine med you can take to make one in progress go away
No I haven't, thank you! I'll mention it to DD1 though she's heading back to Canada tomorrow, no time to do anything about it. I read that it hits the same area as Aimovig which she is already taking. Injection once a month.

Consider putting one of the utilities in Robert's name or just add it on.
We put the phone for this house in DD1's name so she would have some credit history. When she was home I'd give her the bill unopened because it was her mail. For some reason she always gave it back ;)

That's FEMA for you.. they were basing my premiums on all the times the house had flooded (2 major hurricanes and one flooding event) over the previous 10 years and previous owners. I made one claim, and they were bound and determined to collect back every cent ever paid out on the house.
Seems reasonable to me. Even 1 flood event probably cost over $2K in repairs.

heck most of them don't know how to actually "socialize" face to face any more its all text and crap. :old
Older ones yeah but in the grades they are/were likely to skip someone, ie lower grade school, the kids still like to play with each other.

All my years in CA, I have never seen one of these. It has quite the ugly mug.

Had to look it up. Camping will know what it is. A bullfrog! Over the years I have heard them in the neighbor's little concrete pond, but never seen them. I thought it was kind of cool. Oh boy!! Another froggie friend to join the treefrogs! Mugsey has already made herself at home.

But then I did a little more reading about bullfrogs. They are not native to CA and incredibly invasive... responsible for threatening many of our native species. They put those big mouths to good use and eat whatever will fit in... including other frogs!! :barnie

Mugsey is now in a plastic tote in the garage, awaiting her fate.
But what should I do?

Eat it.

At least that's what they TELL people...
What does it really stand for?
Disturbed
Dizzy
Dunderhead
?
:D

He is doing great on the capsules, so not going to mess with a good thing.

The kid looked into it and there was a 2 day rental limit for the ones he found. :hmm Can't get up there and back that quick. Actually, we'd rather not make the trip at all. Still hoping someone on Uship will bid on the job.

So odd. I remember back in the day you could do one way rentals with uhaul - what we did to get my stuff from Alberta to Cali.Usually gives you buffer time too.

RooPaul was crowing at me from inside their coop this morning when I was in the shower. I think he was most put out I was up and about and hadn’t let them out yet. His morning crow is still blessedly pathetic lol.

The farm had tons of leopard frogs, LOTS were up in the tall grass/weeds which I noticed while cutting hay, weeds and fixing fence.
Leopard frogs are pretty! I'd consider keeping one of those around.
