good morning everyone! heading out to grocery store

Ughhh. I gotta do that after work today. Mo money.

Anyone else notice their grocery bill has been getting BAD lately?

Mine has, @prostar and we by no means eat extravagantly. Most items are up about 50c and meat more.

Due to the 'virus' I order groceries on line at a HyVee food chain store 18 miles away and all we have to do is drive there and pick them up at the curb. Very nicely done. I buy a months' worth of food and the bill is always around 300 dollars for two people. Used to be around 230-240.

G'morning all! Yesterday was silly for a Sunday. I had an energy surge, probably medicine induced and got a lot done between 8 AM and 3PM then did a crash and burn. So tired I could hardly hold my head up. Took a nap, nope, didn't help. So I laid around for the rest of the day and watched documentaries on Prime and napped.

But I did get the closet doors sanded and stained so today is on to tackle a new chore on the to do list meaning probably widening the barn door so DH can get the tractor in and out easier.

we have 3 choices--Shop Rite or Walmart for all groceries but at Aldi's I can stock my pantry items very economically--don't buy meat from them. butter there has been 2.50/lb cheaper than anywhere

I came at 2 pm to fill out papers. There were no papers to fill out. 2:50 and waiting in the exam room.
