Granny's gone and done it again

My understanding of Keto is that it is a high fat diet. So, lots of certain meats and vegetables. Stay away from high carb vegetables. The idea is, you want to give your body fat to burn instead of carbohydrates. Even if we cut way back on sugar, but continue eating carbohydrates we're still eating high sugar diets, because carbohydrates quickly convert to sugar once inside the body.
It isn’t always high fat. In fact I have to moderate my fat now that I just have 20 more lbs to loose. I stick to lean protein and low carb veggies.
