Granny's gone and done it again

Mine is about 55 pretty much all the time. I understood the heart rests between beats.
Somewhat but the best thing for it is to have a high HRV. ESP at night. It is where your heart beat with different spacing.
Heart rate variability (HRV) is the physiological phenomenon of variation in the time interval between heartbeats. It is measured by the variation in the beat-to-beat interval.

I found this:

The variances in your heart rate are very small, so it takes specialized equipment or devices to detect them. Modern technology has reached a point where non-medical devices that can track heart rate variability are affordable and easy to find.

It doesn't sound like it should vary between, say 70 bpm during the day and 40 bpm at night.

My new glasses are in too! I'll pick them up Monday. Is the used clothing store called Twice Loved? That would be a good name, I think.
The glasses I'm getting are prism! They're to help with my BVD and tracking which is causing some of my woozy feelings.

We don't own a carriage ourselves, we just use my brothers' or a friends' carriage. I don't have any pictures of either.

We do also drive horses, they just aren't our primary mode of transportation. It's more of a pleasure hobby.View attachment 3352369
Something I had wished I could have for years. Horses..or even just one. I did get a chance to ride in my lifetime though. :) Loved it.

My Nancy had a memorial for her dd today. She is so very upset. Seems like the more days that go by the worse it hits her. They flew dd ashes back from Texas.

I'm excited for you! You'll feel so much better. Will you be able to drive? (I haven't had new glasses since 2019, I was way overdue!)
