thats a terrible surgery. My gm had it along with dad and sisters.

Somewhat but the best thing for it is to have a high HRV. ESP at night. It is where your heart beat with different spacing.Mine is about 55 pretty much all the time. I understood the heart rests between beats.

The glasses I'm getting are prism! They're to help with my BVD and tracking which is causing some of my woozy feelings.My new glasses are in too! I'll pick them up Monday. Is the used clothing store called Twice Loved? That would be a good name, I think.
Something I had wished I could have for years. Horses..or even just one. I did get a chance to ride in my lifetime though.We don't own a carriage ourselves, we just use my brothers' or a friends' carriage. I don't have any pictures of either.

Oh man.My Nancy had a memorial for her dd today. She is so very upset. Seems like the more days that go by the worse it hits her. They flew dd ashes back from Texas.
