I'm not sure how to get that into percentage. The feed the way it's measured with protien for US pounds wound be 396.832lbs.(180kg).
So not sure how to get the percentage.

180g / 1000g
So 18% protein

Thanks. That's not bad, I usually strive for 20%, or more.

But that's not his problem. Do you have any beef, or lamb liver, or meat you could feed him? To fix his anemia.

Somebody recommended to feed scrambled eggs. Will that be enough to help?

If it is anemia, you are looking for the iron content, thus the liver. Do you have access to liver in any form? Cow, lamb, pig, chicken - any would work if it is in fact anemia.

Edit: while eggs have some iron it is low on the bioavailabilty spectrum.

It's a good protien, vitamin, & amino acid source, not so much with iron though.

You need to figure out why he's anemic. Iron does not cure the source of the problem.
If every other chicken is fine it's not a nutritional issue. Sudden anemia in only one bird is mostly caused by blood loss. Blood loss can be caused by many things, could be hemorrhagic liver disease, coccidiosis, hardware disease, or he could have eaten a poisoned mouse.
