We got home an hour ago. It took me over 30 minutes to get out of the van and into the house. I'm not getting out of my chair except for the bathroom. I don't know exactly what I did wrong but my back went out like a broken light bulb. I needed chicken feed and my wife has never made the run before. Have enough now to last until after January. My helper will do all the work on the new brooder house unless I find someone else to work with him. Meanwhile the last Hydro has released it's fury on me and I'm glad to not hurt now.

This is the guide that Dr's and nurses use. They publish an updated hard copy every year. At least they used to. It is the authority on medications whether otc or prescription. I still talk to my doc in case something changed. I think my wife's hard copy is 30 years out of date. This is the most up to date place to look that I've ever heard of. Need to start getting ready for food in my belly.

That’s kinda of what my sister did. Moved to Belize to help the church there. It isn’t exactly going as planned but they are trying help the kids with nothing. Helping them go to svhool. The only way out of poverty is education.

I tripped. I had already tripped a few time last week but was able to not fall. Sunday it was a wicked trip in a very bad place next to a pile of logs from when we took out some trees that were over the roof of the house.
