No it won't, it's in a fish oil base, I believe, very thick and dense. If you want to get it off use a little olive oil or cooking oil on a tissue, and wipe GENTLY. Or ask @microchick.

It's like Desitin for diaper rash, I'm thinking. But how does it feel? Has it helped at all?
