Wishing, thank you for the not a recipe . LOL Sounds easy enough. I dont have cumin and dont care for it. I dont know spices. I want some stuffing but no gravy.

Don't use their spices... use what you like, or what you have. Salt and pepper for sure, garlic is nice if you have it. What else do you have?

I am sure they all learn French in Quebec. The rest of the country is probably optional for french. I took it in school. Wish i could speak Spanish.

i was just going to say to cut it up in small chucks and brown the meat with garlic, salt, cumin and chili powder ,,, then add a little flour and pour in a few cups of water and let it simmer for an hour...

The CD needs to go to your specialist or doctor that ordered it.

Last time we had X-rays down here the hospital gave us a cd to keep ( like if we ever really needed to look at the pics ourselves) and the hospital emailed the same files on the CD over to our doctor.
