The sleeping pill thing was not an issue for me. I can sleep pretty much anywhere if i am tired, unless my brain is working over time.

yay! me type prity noe day

ok, can/will/should chickens eat pineapple trimmings? Not the sharp leaves, but the rind and core? Cutting one tonight and realized that I don't know which bucket it goes in. Chicken treats or just compost?

I would chop it small and let them try it. If nothing else, it might attract bugs for them to eat.

Bahaha! I got a piece of mail today with do not bend on it. Of course, the mail person bent it in half and shoved it in the box! Luckily , it was only junk mail.

True about the bugs. They are hell on the flies. Watched those silly birds chasing flies for a half hour and laughed so hard my ribs are sore.

My guineas chase moths at night! They should televise it, lot more entertaining than sports!
Where is Granny anyway? First she's off to the doctor and now she's missing. I wonder how she feels about her results today. Maybe she is napping.

Now you know I have all sorts of questions, so I will try to pick just two. 1. Do you have to go in for the sleep study, or can you do it at home? I have seen sleep studies on tv where the person is at a lab type place and all hooked up with stuff. If that were me, I'd never sleep. They'd have to knock me out with a horse pill! 2. Is there a plan/date to fix the clogged stent and 90% blocked vein?

There, only 2. Made myself proud!

I have had sleep study before and was borderline. It will be done at hospital. all the stickys that will fit on my head. Its not too bad. Lady let me have a smoke in the bathroom so I was able to go to sleep after that. The other blockages they hope to fix the 90% with meds (Imdur) and cholesterol . The 50% is in a stent and not enough blockage to fix it yet.

I was on FB. How I feel ? I learned today is directly linked to the heart attack . The fatigue can last 6 months. The crappy mood is also from the HA . That depresses me to know it is going to take a lot of time and work of forcing myself to get up and move. I should only walk as tolerated . I can use the riding mower . Light stuff to begin with . On the other hand its good to know everything I am feeling is "normal" after HA behavior .

I guess the biggest question/worry I have now is my chickens and this winter. I am dragging myself out to feed and water now. I cant imagine doing it after the snow flies. Would it be just as easy to water 20 as it would 2 ? Do I cut back or shut down?
