Okay, i am going outside now. Really.

Ha! I went out to weed and could not find my gardening gloves. I actually prefer to use my hands but am very allergic to some weeds. So i have to watch carefully if i weed without gloves. So i am weeding along and the area is looking great. Then i discover i just pulled a small poison ivy plant. So i have to go in and wash my hands ith soap and water and pray i don't have a reaction. Back in the house, i find my gloves by the shoes! I need to get more gloves and more colorful gloves. Black is too hard to find.

That's for sure. I am still shocked that you can't eat horse meat in the US. Gov't took away the funding for inspections, and it's illegal to sell, serve, or distribute meat that has not been inspected. Not that I want to eat horse, but I don't see it as much different than eating a pig or a cow or adorable little lamby, or pet chickens even! Pet yaks? Not sure why horses get special consideration.
When I made the original comment, I was thinking of a restaurant a friend of mine went to in southern China. When you walk in, there are banks of cages covering the walls, filled with all sorts of critters, from reptiles, to birds, to mammals, including cats, and yes, dogs. Freshness is the utmost, so you choose your meal, and it will be cooked up for you. She was with her local relatives, and they considerately chose fish from one of the many aquarium tanks, but she said said it was quite strange to look around the restaurant and wonder what everyone else was eating.

I agree esp about the horse.
Sorry for the sad time your husband and your family is going through. It isn't easy.

I got results from hip xrays . arthritis mild in one and moderate in the the other. as far as heart dr goes:
stop smoking, cardiac rehab is impossible so start slow walking , New meds to open artery's and lower cholesterol. 2-d echo to see my injection factor,aka how well my heart is beating and a sleep study is ordered
Results of todays EKG, showing heart attack and worse then last one. Bottom half of heart is damaged
Records from Nortons shows 50% blockage in my old stent and 90% in a smaller vein.

The bottom half of the heart does the most work in pumping, so that is bad news. 90% blockage is not good either. Please, for your own good , consider changing your ways. Maybe not give up things all together, but at least cut back. Your lungs would start cleaning themselves in a week if you quit. But you have to want to live. It is up to you to take better care of yourself.

Yeah it was mutt. Thanks granny. Ate lunch at 4pm. Chicken, roasted onion, mushrooms, red pepper, & asparagus with ranch dressing. Gonna pick more okra but I need to mow---havent mowed in 1.5 weeks. Do u hear anything from tippy?
