Pam, you need to get yourself a good size microwave dish with a lid. Easy peezy to cut up potatoes in chucks & nuke. Takes about 10 mins to cook if you don't cut them too big. All you need is a little water in the bottom & they will steam themselves.

Baby seen Robert dimming today, he is the first one that I have seen act weirded out He was staring at him then says "What the heck?". I didnt know if I should laugh or cry. Thankfully Robert didnt notice. Baby also asked his brother if SOB was a bad word.

Mac and Cheese was always a favorite with our kids. I always put in a slice or 2 of cheese when cooking it. We used to make breakfast for supper, eggs and pancakes and bacon if we had it.
When i was in college hubby and i bought our groceries with money i made raising hamsters! We ate a lot of pot pies and fish sticks and fries. Hot dogs, and burgers. Spaghetti at least once a week. That man would eat fries every night of the week. Potatoes are pretty cheap.

Yep lots of Mac & cheese, hot dogs & pasta dishes. Thank God for venison, that saves us every year.
