Granny's gone and done it again

I will have to pick his brain lol
I take a chicken we already had a meal from (2 of us) then i take all the meat off i can. Put it in the fridge for later.Then i boil the bones for at least an hour. I add a couple cubes of bullion. After that, i take the bones out and get more meat off them. Toss the bones and start adding veggies. I add equal amounts of diced potatoes and carrots as hubby likes it that way. If i have turnips or parsnips they go in too. And chopped onion and celery if i have it. I add Italian spices and garlic, salt and pepper. Once the veggies are cooked, i throw the meat all in. He would love it if i canned lots of it. I may have to learn how.
