Granny's gone and done it again

What breed?
I feel your pain. Half my layers were broody all spring and summer. Year old hatchery blue Wyandotte is back setting for the third time this season. Not missing much from her... eggs are bantam cochin sized.
She’s a EE that lays light blue eggs. Hatched on Easter this year.

I’ve not had a broody yet. Thought my BO was broody but she still laid eggs. She just acted broody.

I visited the garden, dry as a bone out there. Got seeds from sweet and purple basil and pulled up a few dry dead marigolds. These are looking great!

Yes! If they like it, we will probably start attending yearly. It is at a big race track (Sonoma Raceway) and I have never wanted to go because of the noise of modern race cars. These classic ones are more my speed! I just happened to see it on the news Thursday night, about the vintage cars. They were interviewing a guy with an old Alpha Romeo. Hubs is into those, has owned several over the years... in fact there's one taking up half the garage out there now. He's had it since high school.
