Who wants to come scrub my brooders out so I can move some babies ? Figure I will take a mama and chicks as they hatch then advertise them together after its all said and done.

I need to get my own brooder set up, but I was really hoping to paint it first.

Wish I could bring u one in 7 weeks. Dad is my chiweenie so I think one is long hair tan & other is shorthair dark color.

7 chicks in the brooder and one in my cupboard. LOL I found it cold like before but opened its eyes so I wrapped my bean bag in a towel and heated it then put it in a wicker basket and stuck it where the coffee cups go. It has hatched and drying off up there.

yes but if they come home w/ homework theres not enough hrs. left in the day.

Husband dug up a strawberry bush today, did not leave a bit of soil on the roots! So i had to quickly decide where to put it and dig the hole immediately or it would have been dead! Why he needs to clear out that area now is beyond me. We need to clear brush down to the new hoop coop site and here he is digging up bushes! He is not supposed to dig because he has sponge kidneys and every time he digs dirt he pees blood! Ugh.
Any way, i put up three more tarps on the bird runs so when the wind blows they don't get chilled. One more to put up and i will have to get more. Sure love the camo color, the blue just looks trashy next to the camo that blends in.
