Rural King has a higher protein pellet -- I'll have to try to think of the name, but they do have it......it might be one of their meat bird formulas, think it was 20%, maybe 22.   I was using it for quite a while but got tired of making the extra drive to get to a RK

What the heck is that.

It's expensive but AWESOME. It's basically a heater that sits in water. You vacuum seal a food (meat is excellent but it does everything) and set your temp. So, rare tuna would be 110*. You set the temp and it cooks the cook to that internal temp, no chance of over cooking. Juices and seasonings are sealed in. Then seat in a hot skillet and it's done. We cooked chicken for 25 people by pushing a button and waiting.
