They can, I let mine go swimming as soon as they're off heat, which is about 1-2 weeks. Just make sure it's either warm weather or they get dried after.How many are you getting Twist ? You know they cant go swimming for a while. They dont have oil in their feathers/fluff and can get chilled just like a chick.

You're in the US, yes? Purina flock raiser is the best there. Nutrena flock raiser is available in Canada too and it's pretty much the same thing.
