No. That's an exaggeration of the Canadian vowel shift that Americans love to make fun of us for.

Quite a bit of Canada doesn't know any French at all, no. It's a choice.

It's mainly Quebec that speaks it. Outside of Montreal, you'll be hard pressed to find someone that speaks English.

I dont have overnight ! I have a couple hrs. and I dont remember. New one is smoked apple something and the last was herb garlic maybe ? I have a can of mushroom soup and a box of stuffing ?

Do you have a cast iron pan? something that can go from stove top to oven? You can just use a little salt and pepper and whatever other flavors you like... garlic, some herb, maybe thyme... what do you have? Sprinkle your seasons on, sear it in a hot skillet, then cook in the oven in the same skillet.
