Sounds yummy, made hubs a batch of very warm salsa this past summer. Do you replace the amount of liquid called for with the salsa?

Last time I made mexican corn bread I mix the flower and corn meal like normal but use can of cream style corn, shredded cheese and some peppers . Depend on how hot you like it. then the egg and enough milk to thin it out.

Moms favorite was sweet milk and cornbread as a bed time snack. I remember being little she sent me in the store and I asked for a gallon of sweet milk. I ended up right back outside cause the lady asked me what is sweet milk . LOL
