It's you Lisa. I knew there was someone on one of these threads that once was a baker. I managed different bakeries in a chain of bake shops back in the late 60's early 70's. Everything from baked from scratch back then. Now days you empty a bag into a mixing bowl, add water and stir. Don't know how it can truly taste as good.

Everything I baked was from scratch, couldn't compete with fake stuff because it didn't have the shelf life & then my health gave out. Had to get out of it. Was working 18 hrs a day, raising 2 kids & doing my own book work for the business.

Yes they might, wrapping a small piece of tissue around the egg in the cradle helps too.

Me either, but your talking about the person that left for town last week with wet hair. Took a bath in main bathroom, got dressed & headed to our bathroom to blow dry my hair. Couldn't remember what I went in there for. Turned around and went out to the car. As I was pulling away from the house I looked in the rear view mirror to make sure I closed the garage door & here is this wet headed woman looking back at me.... duh
