A baked potatoe have lots of potasium so does squash. Do you have in squash in the freezer?

Yep BUT that's all the way down stairs and I honestly don't think I have it in me to go down and back up again this evening.

I am getting 15 Texas A and M Coturnix quail. Not sure where i am putting them. I need to throw together a quail brooder real quick or i can use the one i made from a storage bin. I hope it will be a sunny day.
