Granny's gone and done it again

mine were middle or end of sept hatch and started last spring , I think they took a little longer then LF chickens but not by much.
Thanks! I’ve been so paranoid about eggs. The one has been hanging in the cover part a lot so I wasn’t sure if I need to start oyster shell or not.

maybe as early as Feb or March depending on the weather as well I think
oh it’s yuck weather here. Rain and snow.

you gonna eat a chicken with a staph infection ?

nope the barn/farm cats can or I will dump it in the burn pit. Pretty sure she is an old/older hen and know that Rod won't want to "mess with her" BUT I don't want her to suffer either. Honestly I should have "done her in" Thursday but ran out of time.

I would wait on the shell until they actually start laying. At least that is what I did with mine. and wait until you try to crack a duck egg open OMG shells are NOTHING like a chickens

GOD I hate time changes I have 14 clocks and now they all are on different times. counting the computers/cc machine/phone system/hand helds crap forgot the ones in the trucks as well. :th:barnie:mad:
It really is a nuisance.

yep some more have either "moved in" or Miss Kitty actually decided to raise a batch instead of just abandoning them way to young. OF course the evil thing hides the kittens somewhere before doing this.
