Yeah it says right on it I payed on nov 7th.

I don’t think my bank was paying the extra fees.

How long have you lived where you lived? I know they hit me with a “supplemental” tax bill that I was supposed to pay when we moved in. I mistakenly thought all taxes were taken care of with our mortgage - so when we went to refinance it showed that we owed. Oops.
