No. Bucky is still separated from the girls. She’s just molting.

odd place to molt . I never really seen mine molt a patch though. It was always just feathers on the ground but nothing to really notice on the chickens.

Idk how they will do, but they don't crush their own eggs. They are LF eggs.

One of my leghorns molted like that. I thought the young roos were being too aggressive, then I saw her vent was also bald. She’s been hanging with the goats while she grows back in.
