The only time I have that happen is with the flu.they hurt Like I over used them but I havent done anything.
Never had the flu. I walked wal marts todayThe only time I have that happen is with the flu.Muscles will ache from lactic acid build up, but that's produced when you work your muscles. I know the more I sit around, the worse I feel. If you can get up and walk a bit once in awhile, I wonder if it would help.
Im just a big crybaby .I am going to try and lay down. Sweet dreams all
Well, that might have been enough to do it. Sometimes my knees ache with the weather, but not muscles. Electrolytes for you might really help. Got any Gatorade?Never had the flu. I walked wal marts today

Black Australorp. My new favorite breed! I've been "all EE" forEVER, but branched out this year, and I love these girls! In addition to everything I love about EEs (heat and cold hardy, peaceable in the flock, mellow and unflappable around people, productive, reputed to be non-broody), they are also dual-purpose (we put six cockerels in the freezer already), beautiful AND (wait for it!) they look like big crows, which I'm banking will help keep hawks away! It's working so far!And what are BA pullets?
