I don't like the smell of lamb cooking--will do chops on the grill. My father insisted on leg of lamb for Easter

I dont think these are chops. Not sure but they are hunks of meat. No bone. , about an inch thick.

wow never saw it packaged like that! just pan sear both sides and then pop skillet in oven for another 20 min should do it
