OK ! They are smart and headstrong it sounds to me like. Lord love a duck if my land was fenced I wouldnt mind except for the vet bills .

Pain, arthritis and tired all the time. Yup, sounds familiar. And, I am getting ready to have shoulder surgery, and I know from experience I am going to be hurting for a year afterward. Fun and games so, no puppy for me!

It would have to be someone close by so you could keep breeding rights.

I am thinking that is impossible. He would make a great drug dig or police dog. You can’t tire him out. My husband was running him every day 3-5 miles. My husband wore out his knees. I think running is stupid.
esp marathons.

Yeah dogs have messed my shoulders up. Too many times of me not paying attention and they want to run after something. Just walking the 7 month old is tiring. She hasn’t learned not to just stay by side. And if we go by barkers I have to correct her to be calm. Another dog who’s socializing went out the window with COVID.
