Granny's gone and done it again

I used a knee-high nylon. Put the nylon over my forearm. Grasped the hair in my hand, flipped the nylon over it, fastened it, usually, with one of those hair ties little girls use with two little balls on them. You wrap the hair tie around the hair, then wrap one ball over the other.
ohh and that helped it from breaking ?

Granny, I think if we were meant to eat meat, we would have teeth like a dog, a cat or a tiger. Instead we have teeth more like those of sheep and cows. Dogs and cats don't chew their food, they gulp it, and have very short guts. We have molars for chewing and very long intestines for digesting. Can't argue against the taste of meat, though! 😋
Maybe that is why we are omnivores, Blue? We have the incisors and the molars. I never gave that a thought though. Good point.

It's like drinking milk. Never saw an adult cow drinking milk, yet we drink and eat dairy products our whole life.

Can't argue against a big bowl of Choco Chip Mint ice cream either, 😋

My hair was almost to my waist when I cut it. I decided that I would let it grow until it started giving me scalp aches when I wore it in a pony tail, which I did most the time since I was working full time.

That occurred in perfect time with my 50th birthday so I had it all cut off and donated it to Locks of Love. They asked me if I wanted to grow my hair out for them again and I said probably not. 17 years later and I still wear my hair super short and spiked. It's become my signature hair style. Do I miss my long hair? Sometimes.

The Amish women here all braid their hair. I once saw a little Amish girl about 5 years old running around their yard with her long blonde hair loose from it's braids. It was amazing. Women would pay a fortune to have hair like that little girl's...heck I would have paid to have hair that beautiful!
