Granny's gone and done it again

I was trying to figure out what it was. If you spread the dough on the pizza pan and then put on the toppings , it will look better.
Understood, Cap. But my intention was to bake it directly on the pizza stone, which was heating up to 450° in the oven. I usually use frozen pizza which of course I can put directly on the stone or even on the rack. I had not thought through the logistics of getting a floppy, sticky, freshly made pizza from the counter to the hot stone till too late. This was a "duh, ooops, well crap" moment, lol. I did scrape it up into a rectangular pan and then put the pan on the stone. In the future I will roll it out onto a pan and freeze it first. Then I can put the toppings on and put it on the stone.
