sorry about that. What is "bolts"? Sounds familiarMostly raw, but they're good in stir-fry too... little bit cooked but still crunchy.
Yes you did. We have terrible luck with lettuce. It's bitter most of the time or it gets hot and bolts overnight.Takes a lot of water too, but hubs never quits trying. I see he's got a few started out there now. Haha! Hope he won't be as disappointed as he was with the beets (never grew) and the radishes, which were so hot even he couldn't eat them.
