Granny's gone and done it again

@Verna Y has not been on byc since March 28th.
Hopefully it was just the new log you out every two weeks and a lost password.
She was starting a new web page and wanted to concentrate on making that a go. I suspect she was successful.

Nice looking dogs!
Thank you!
Yes. Harry will probably buck you off when he is done with being ridden.
That would certainly be a sign as he’s never bucked and I’ve never fallen off him in 18 years
I want a hairless cat but I don’t need any more critters. I am hatching some eggs from my lone frizzle polish. Is frizzle dominator straight? I picked out only the smaller white eggs. It will be interesting to see what I get. Rooster is a blue EE.
I’m surprised mine isn’t hairless with how much she constantly sheds! She’s old though and inbred i think.
50% for the frizzle gene. I only have one pure polish frizzle and one polish frizzle cross left. The cross was just some test eggs I popped in the incubator but all 4 hatched. I did have another polish frizzle that went broody which they don’t usually do.

Welcome to Grannys!
:frow Thanks!
I had that surgery on both wrists.
At the same time?
We just got rain yesterday! Have not seen rain in so long! I love the smell of air when its raining. I left my window open last night, maybe some rain got in, but not much. It was all worth it.

I am sort of new to Grannys thread, so I never saw you and you never saw me.
Hi :frow we had the same smell as it had been quite dry untill the heavens opened. Now it’s feeling sticky and humid.
Made pickled okra, dill pickles, & pepper sauce this afternoon, can't get my tiller cranked, dh is gone to tsc for new front tire for lawnmower, need to plant turnip greens tomorrow.
Sounds nice!

Can hardly believe my eyes just now! Was out back trying to see what some hens were fussing about. Heard a shrill sound and saw 2 Cooper's hawks being chased out of the big oak by several very small birds. It happened so quickly. The little birds chased the shrieking hawks over the house and into a neighbor's tree. I saw them zoom and whirl and dive bomb the hawks. Amazing. Could see the little ones clearly as they triumphantly zoomed back over to my yard... they were hummingbirds! 5 of them! Amazing! And I had just refilled their feeders too. I've always said hummers are ferocious beasts, but this was unexpected.
Lately those hawks have turned my yard into a cafeteria. I've found remains of quail, dove, poor little Towhee, and most recently a scrub jay. I thought we needed crows around to keep the hawks away. Who needs crows when we've got hummers!

Scene of the latest crime...
