How did they turn out?

Not bad! About 8" across, fairly round, nice and thin, reasonably soft, and tasty. I think Grandma and the aunts would be proud! And the kids liked them. Thanks for asking.

Ahhhh neti pot. The origin of water boarding. I use a squeeze bottle to do mine. Great at getting rid of post nasal drip but not much good for sinus headaches for me either, H2.

Can't do Advil but Tylenol and Utram are my friends, especially when my neck is bothering me....like now. Hope you feel better. Sinus headaches are the pits.

Yeah, @CapricornFarm we can go through a lot of wood during this kind of weather. Amish are noted builders, the one who built our house needs to quit building houses and stick to cabinets. Not enough insulation in places. We insulated the 80 feet facing North almost 10 years ago now. Really ,made a big difference. Plus we are using deadfall wood and dead standing for our heating wood. It does a good job but we tend to use a bit more as a result.

When we go walking in the timber this time of the year it's amazing how much wood is on the ground waiting for us. Unfortunately we will forget where it is when the spring growth covers it all up.

Have you tried Mucinex for those sinus headaches? I have not found anything better. .

If I would move to Texas I would do so with the intention of getting away from the cold. I would be quite dissappointed with such cold temperatures.

These are VERY unusual temps for TX.

Thanks. She's done this before but it's been awhile. Guess I need to trim some wings and cut back on the free ranging. She actually broke an egg once while doing this and I was afraid she might start eating them... but she had the most apologetic look on her face, almost shame. And instead of lapping it up, it seemed she was doing her best to get the disgusting slime OUT of her mouth! Yeah, she's pretty special.

No. I broke one open all the way that had been cracked. It was starting to gel from the cold but was a long way from solid. I ate it with some hash for dinner. Gracie's going to get the rest, scrambled, over the next few days since I don't know how old they are, but they're probably perfectly fine.

Howdys, Its just started snowing. Been raining all day.
Today didnt go so good I dont think. They drew my blood and I had to wait an hour for that before they would do the ct scan. They got the vein ok. one poke. They gave me the dye and ran the machine then came in the room and said they had to do it again because of all the calcium buildup in my veins it didnt show right. She said but you already knew that didnt you? Umm, I kinda figured . Anyway, after giving me more dye and more pictures they were satisfied.
Nancy and I went to lunch then home where I crashed for a couple hours.
They put a special bracelet on me to wear for the next 3 days in case I have to go to the ER they will know what Ive had.

I have a sinus headache that the nets pot isn’t getting rid of. Guess I will take more Advil. I am taking Advil every day. Not good.
