been craving some cornbread for a while. Bought my beans, sausage and mixed greens. Go to make it today and no egg. I searched google for an hr and came up with Mayo as a sub. Went to go try it and the cornmeal I had bought was all purpose.
Finally decided to try it using less cornmeal and more self rising flour. Believe it or not it came out good. A little oily but moist and fluffy.
