You're not a sissy. I shot a dog once and hated it. If you're out in the county around here, you don't have many options. The shelters only take dogs from people inside city limits and you have to have a utility bill to prove it. But if it's devastating your flock, what are you going to do? I have locked dogs up in my grow out pen and posted them on fb, and found the owners. But if you can't catch the dog .... and I haven't always had a gun. I have a pellet gun now but am not a good shot.

I Have turned into a sissy. Not too long ago I would of been the first one out there.

It's down to 60° and that means baking weather here now. Collected 5 dz eggs today and that big pound cakes.

Yes, it's good. DH hasn't had any "yet" and probably won't, he's not a fan of sweets. GC loves it.
