Im back Blue! How long did it take?
Call the Drs office. You have to ask for something for pain or else they wont give itThat’s good. And no. Far from it. But it comes and goes all day. So sometimes for a few minutes or hour or whatever it will be fine then other times it will KILL and be excruciating again for several minutes to an hour. Then be fine again for a while. So idk why that is. But yeah. It’s annoying. And it seems worse at night so sometimes I can’t sleep from it. Though right now it’s fine. The doctor should have given me something for pain or at least instructed me on OTC meds because I DID tell him it hurt a lot.

I'm not sure. Mayfield maybe. I will check next time I get up if I don't forget. Robert said it was fine to him but he knew what I was talking about and said it was caused by the emulsifiers in itWhat brand was it? Hershey chic has really gone downhill. Taste waxy now.
Robert has Crohns He is on so many meds and very careful with his diet. Last time he was in the hospital maybe 2 yrs ago. He was blocked and his Dr. just gave strong steroids til the swelling went down enough for him to potty.I don't do diets unless it's under Drs guidance. A couple posts back chickaducy commented about cutting out grains. I was curious if she was on the SCD diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) It is the Crohn's disease diet. I was on it awhile (under the care of the Dr) to see if I could get my Crohn's in remission. I didn't have bloody diarrhea or cramps but I couldn't get in a full remission. I was not taking meds. But I got COVID and lost too much weight. (Under 100 pounds is too light for me)He said the diet is too strict to stay on it long term but was willing to help me try it. I ended up going back on meds. He said some people say it helps them go in remission but there is a difference between just being symptom free and being in a deep remission and it hasn't been scientifically proved to get you into a deep remission.
