I've heard of tomato gravy. How is it different from tomato sauce or tomato paste? Instead of being thickened by just cooking down (evaporation), is it actually thickened with wheat flour or cornstarch?

I made some once and canned it. Made them all different. Blueberry, orange zest ect.. It was decent except not real thick.

sounds like you should have boiled it longer to get more of the water/moisture out.
