I've just been reading about it.  They don't know what triggers it.  Sometimes trauma or surgery.  Sounds difficult to diagnose.

Tests involve pain points on both sides of body with no obvious cause, reported mental fog, sleep problems, widespread aches and pains that go on for 3 months with no underlying medical cause.  If 4 doctors agree, that's a pretty good diagnosis.  Depression and anxiety are often present, but not sure if it's part of the condition or caused by it.

My mom has fibromyalgia. And I knew a lady my mom's age in Mississippi, she and her daughter (my age) both had it also.

yes, They gave it today but the med is waiting for me.
