blue berrys are Hard to grow ! acid soil, bird netting. slow growing. every one I tried has died. the lilacs are very slow as well.

I have one I THINK is called Paul Thuron that is growing fast but it sure dont have the smell of the old ones. Have you ever looked at Kellys nursery ? cheaper then Gurneys . I did my shrub line with forsythia and rose of sharon but I know your wanting edibles. How about grapes ? Your handy with a fence line.
