Morning everyone. I didn't sleep well. :/ I've set my alarm for 5:30 every day this week and always slept til 7. This morning I set my alarm for 7 and was awake at 5:30.

Hope you get your schedule straightened out..... If I set my alarm early, I end up dreaming my alarm is going off and trying to turn it off in my sleep........
