Butterflies have naked antennae and usually hold their wings folded back together or fanned outward. There are exceptions, of course.

Is she a house duck?  Is crested the breed name? 

Yes, she lives in the house with us... We have a backyard that she loves but we never leave her alone in it..

I looked that up too. It is a breed, White Crested Duck. Wasn't sure if it was a breed or a feature. Never seen one with such a dark bill, like a Khaki Campbell.

I had ducks when I was a kid. Loved them, especially the pat pat sound they made walking on the concrete with wet feet.
