so I am sitting here no shoes or socks on dogs surrounding my feet and evidently I am turning into a tick ladder.

Have grabbed 2 and torched them so far. But, better now then latter in bed.

How are all your chicks doing? Any losses?

not since the 2 who cooked themselves. Everyone else is doing great. The Deleware's sure seem to be fast growing.

Tippy, maybe don't feed them until they come in. If they are anything like Henry, they won't keep you waiting!

I'm trying treats... Maybe bribery will get them! I wish they were like chickens with mealworms!

NO farm tomorrow . Robert has Dr apt at 11 and bloodwork. then coming over here to watch desk and catch phones so I can either mow or till up another section of the raised beds in the afternoon..

to much work I like to cook them with a burning cig or cig lighter, or place on cement and smack with a hammer, or clip them in pieces with a nail clipper. THEY MUST ALL DIE EVIL AND HORRIBLE DEATHS

I have never tried mealworms maybe I should get some and then lightly glue them to Robert's pants might be funny to watch a partial cripple trying to defend himself from a "horde" of chickens.
