Thanks wishing, have wanted to post several times during my read but figured it was too old a post to respond to. Hi, to everyone else, trying to catch up with the reading. Hate starting book and not reading all the way through. This thread is like a great book, makes me laugh, brings me up when depressed and also I've cried a few times.

To give y'all an inside look about me: I'm soon to be 59, born and raised in Henderson, NV (just outside Las Vegas). Moved to a tiny farming town called Central, Utah. My Great Grandfather was one of several who settled this town and most of the ppl are related to me.

I am the mother of 3 sets of twins, oldest are a girl & boy age 39, middle set are boys age 37, and last set is boy, girl age 10. I was 47 when I had them. I was pregnant with triplets but lost one at 12 weeks.

Both parents are passed on. Mother in 4/99, father in 4/2000, due to drs negligence.

I also have back problems, had surgery 2 years ago, knee problems ( need a knee replacement but drs won't due it as I keep getting cellulitis), neck problems, had 2 surgeries, migraines since 1st pregnancy, problems keeping blood surfers normal, either too high or too low.

Post getting too long if anyone wants to know anything else just ask.

ground zucchini,  lemon juice, sugar and regular  jello.

Thanks finally got to post that explains. It sounds good. Similar to what I do to left over peach juice when canning peaches. I keep skins and any bruised areas I cut out. Boil it down to juice, strain it. Make several dozen bottles of peach jelly. If any juice left over I add jello flavoring to it. My father used to do the same thing with figs.

wow 3 sets of twins? As far as health problems you're definitely in the right place.

Yes Red 3 sets of twins, the first two were less than 2 years apart, 4 kids under age of 2. Then remarried, new hubby didn't have kids wanted a girl, he got both. Lol
