He wasn't quite 3 ft. Maybe 2½. When they're on a table, and can look you in the eye, it's hard to tell.
The Langshans seemed taller and the JGs, but not by too much. The big ones are in larger cages, but even then, not sure if they can stand up all the way.



Minorcas are the largest of the Mediterranean breeds. Males go 9lbs. With them having lighter frames than American dual purpose breeds, guess they make up for it with height.

Hi Camping! Everyone else went to bed. I should too, but I got a load of laundry going and need to hang it out later. Going to be over 100° for the rest of the week. I'd rather do chores after dark when it's cool.

Not sure what type of rooster I would like to be. built like foghorn leghorn tho. Pear with legs that be me. My old brahma roosters have to go this fall (freezer camp) They have just gotten to big for the hens , I have hens running around with no feathers left on their backs and other with no feathers on their sides. One of the easter eggers has the front muff and now her backside looks like a muff. Sad but funny looking.

Well off to bed Beth has vet at 8:30 again tomorrow.

I have been baby sitting my daughter's dog since Mother's Day. She has finally started trying to play with Foxxy and Sugar. Foxxy will play with her, but Sugar won't let her. So, when Cookie wants to play, I put Sugar out on her tether. Sugar thinks Foxxy is HERS and won't share.

My name came frm the B-29 bomber that dropped the atomic bomb on Heroshima and Nagasaki, the Enola Gay. On my name badge at work it is spelled Nola because the name Enola causes too many people to ask me if I ever heard the name Enola Gay.

enola, history is my hardest subject. After i said ship I did remember something about a bomb but not enough to post it. LOL I think its a cool name and and whoever named you wanted to make sure you talk to others because with a name like that people are going to ask.
I have had no sleep hardly. after i put the dog out and went to bed. I dozed and come 12:30-1 am she started raising cain outside causing the dogs in the house to about give me a heart attack. Frosty insisted I get up. She wasnt taking no for an answer. so I let her in and seems like just a few hrs. later the baby chicks decided it was morning. Went to let them all out and she refused to go in the back with the others so back out front she went to run.

Well I thought I was till I coughed. Just got a pain pill. Last night had morphine and a sandbag all night. They didn't do the test last night so I get an MRI of my neck arteries today instead. I am so happy to have my chicken friends to distract me. Have to keep checking in so I don't get too far behind. Lol
