Sorry you didn't get any sleep. Upsetting day yesterday. Work is the best thing. Make your body tired so you can sleep. Another busy day for me. I feel like a chicken without a head, running around but not getting very far. I have begun my lists. The only way I can get some sleep, because I say oh yeah, I need to remember...... and then I can't remember and stay up all night fretting over it. Have to write it down! 'nuf to make a person dingy!!
