so I kept track of my "intake" today  

   12 cups of coffee with 1/2 cup  raw milk

2-16 oz rock star recoveries-  total 40 calories

1-12 oz cake of coke -   140 calories  

that is it for the day    

oops a few sunflower seeds and 2 pieces of gum

Wow 12 cups of coffee! Where do you buy your raw milk. I love raw milk. I have been making smoothie s with a raw egg.

Hurting bad today. I made about 200 pancakes, about 100 leftover. These kids are from poverty situations and they seriously pack away food. To qualify for this camp a kid has to have a parent in prison. Most of them are in foster care. They're challenging, but they need camp so badly. They need to run around safely, eat abundantly, and receive love unconditionally.

Anyway, trying to think up uses for leftover pancakes. We also had a good bit of batter leftover, so I'm thinking of trying it in a cobbler, drizzled over blueberries maybe?

Just a guess Sally but more then likely. How long has it been like that ? Mine jumped off the roost and ended up with wry tail and neck. treatment didnt help so it was nuro.

Sally, I finally got a tolbunt roo and I cant let him in the coop. He is the meanest rooster I have ever met. Has hurt Konner a few times. Even in his cage. I think I will take turns slipping hens in with him for a few days

dang granny, I maybe should just sell off all these hens then I dont want something that is a pain in the rear.

OMG are you on a coffee diet? I like the sound of a coffee diet actually but not sure my head could take it

Leftover Pancakes!!! never heard of such a thing!! I always freeze my pancakes for the week for all these kids, I cool them and just put enough in a single sammy bag for one person, kids can grab as snacks or whenever. My Nana used to make bread pudding and those went in it too! How about those pancake egg sammys? with bacon or ham?

Mornings, The pup woke the whole house up at 5:30 am. Seems he was crying in his cage and CB decided to let it sleep with him. Well, he woke up and thought the cat looked like a really good play mate. He was wrong. They were in Roberts room and the pup tried to hump the cat. The cat not only tore that pup up but Robert tried to interfere and save the pup by grabbing the cat. He is also all tore up. Then Frosty started howling to get out of my room and see what was wrong. So the kids and myself are all sitting at the table when Tom wakes up and comes out in his undies. Boy was he shocked to see us ! LOL He did a 360 and when he came back he was like, What is everyone doing up ? Then the pup started barking at him so he knew. He giggled and went back to his room. One time not being able to hear pays off.

Did I know your goatlings were nigerian dwarfs? That's what my nanny is. The babes have a pygmy daddy, so they're pygerian.

I'd love for you to like in a yurt but my climate would kill you for sure.

I have heard horses will eat their stalls . I thought goats were bad for eating everything but I havent heard any complaints for anyone I know that has them.
