I must be old then because i nap or at least rest for an hour everyday. Working in the garden drains my energy and after lunch i have to rest. Tied up maders this am & picked 4 gallons. Didn t get to squash or peppers. To hot & tarred.

If I were as active as you.. I probably would be able to nap. I'm working on getting more movement through my day.

Get a fitbit!
It really helped me get up and move around more.
BYC does NOT help.
Unless you are mobile and you can walk around.
I carry my MacBook around with me! LOL
 
I just looked on my phone. It came with one!!! I'm gonna give it a shot!!! Thanks kiki!!!!

Start off with trying for AT LEAST 250 steps PER HOUR!

My family all got fit bits....we are able to challenge each other each day or week.
I love it!
But it's gotten too darn hot out to go walk.
