If I were as active as you.. I probably would be able to nap. I'm working on getting more movement through my day.

My oldest dd says she doesn t understand why i keep my chickens. Too much trouble she says. She wanted me to help her plant a garden one year. She never picked a thing from it. I picked her peas. She didn t shell them. If i dom t move around my artheritis will make me immobile. When i sit still in a chair for an hour my dh has to help me get up.

So my plan is that this step counter will just help me get more motivated to get up and do things. I hope it works since it will be on my mind.

I have a garmin vivofit. If I stay still for an hour it gives me a red line, then tacks on a little dash every 15 minutes after that. It tracks my sleep and syncs with myfitnesspal ap for the food I put in. I really like it.

DH just killed a snake on the porch.

Plumbers are here! :yesss:

Camp is over! :yesss: For the week.

One stubborn egg left in the bator. It was alive yesterday. Guess I need to add some food/water for the hatchlings. I need a silkie that'll just take eggs whenever, wherever.

All caught up. Camping , I had a black alstrop throw chicks like that . they were grown with the same spots as the down. I THINK it was the SS roo.
good news, Tom has a $3500.00 hearing aid and he can hear a mouse pee 50 yards away. Such a relief.

bad news, 2 top ped. drs. have never seen anything like what Konner has going on. Referral is sent to Kosairs. waiting to hear back. They said it looks vascular in origin.

3 hrs sleep so nighty night.
