True enough. Haha. I'm using it to try and motivate myself to get off my behind. Lol
If it's adding stress, it's not helping you any. I would start at 6k as a goal. It doesn't take long to rack up steps. Just park farther back than usual when you're running errands, and if you've been sitting for more than an hour then take a walk around the block or to the mailbox or something. When I've been sitting too long I walk over to the farm to check on everyone. Or over to the garden.
